Antla billing runs through Shopify. You choose a plan for ongoing try-on capacity, and you can buy credit packs as one-time top-ups when you need more try-ons before the next renewal.
Open Billing in the Antla app to see available plans. Each plan typically includes:
A monthly (or period) try-on credit allotment
Features tied to that tier (for example higher limits or advanced Klaviyo tools on higher plans)
Pricing billed by Shopify on your Antla subscription
When you upgrade or change plans, Shopify asks you to approve the charge. After approval, Antla updates your active plan and monthly credit balance according to that plan.
Trial / starter credits may appear when you first install; once you’re on a paid plan, your ongoing capacity comes from the plan’s monthly pool plus any purchased packs.
Credit packs are one-time purchases—not a second subscription. Use them when:
You’re approaching zero before renewal
A campaign, launch, or email blast will drive a try-on spike
You want buffer without changing plan tier yet
Buying credits also goes through Shopify checkout for apps. After the purchase completes, credits land in your purchased pool and are used after trial and monthly credits (see How try-on credits work).
Your Billing page shows purchased credits remaining. Some plans must support additional try-on purchases; if buy credits isn’t available, upgrade to a plan that includes add-on pricing or contact Antla support.
Situation | Better move |
|---|---|
Steady higher volume every month | Upgrade the plan |
One sale / launch week | Credit pack |
Button hidden because balance is 0 | Pack or upgrade immediately |
Testing new funnels lightly | Stay on current plan; use remaining credits |
Upgrades fix recurring capacity. Packs fix short-term spikes. Many merchants do both: a plan that matches average month, plus packs for peak weeks.
With zero credits left across all pools, Antla hides the Try On button on the storefront. Approving a plan change or credit pack restores the button once Antla registers the new balance—usually shortly after Shopify confirms the charge.
If credits look fine but the button is still missing, work through Why the Try On button disappeared.
Confirm the plan you want on Billing.
Approve the Shopify charge when prompted.
Verify monthly / purchased balances on the dashboard.
Optional: buy a credit pack ahead of a campaign.
Re-check a tagged product page for the Try On button.
Charges, invoices, and payment methods live in Shopify admin (Apps / billing), not only inside Antla.
